Encode/decode Caesar-shift ciphers with configurable shift.
How it works
- Choose a shift from 0 to 25. Encoding moves Latin letters forward by that amount; decoding applies the inverse shift.
- Case is preserved and non-Latin/non-letter characters are left unchanged.
Example
- With shift 3, ABC becomes DEF.
Assumptions and limitations
- Caesar ciphers are trivially breakable and unsuitable for security.
