Tool inputs

UnicodeWorks tools are designed to process text and character input locally in your browser. Tool input is not intentionally sent to UnicodeWorks or to a third-party processing API as part of the normal calculation or transformation.

Theme preference

The light/dark theme control may store your preference in your browser using local storage so it can be remembered on later visits. This preference remains on your device.

Contact messages

If you use the Contact page, the information you submit is handled by the contact-form software configured on this WordPress site. Depending on that configuration, submissions may be stored in the WordPress database and/or sent by email to the site administrator.

Technical data

Hosting, security or content-delivery services may process standard connection information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics and advertising

The UnicodeWorks software supplied with this site does not require third-party analytics, advertising trackers or paid processing APIs. If the live site later enables analytics or advertising services, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those services are used.
