ROT13 Translator

Encode/decode ROT13 text.

How it works

  • ROT13 rotates each Latin letter by 13 positions; applying it a second time restores the original text.
  • Non-letter characters are left unchanged.

Example

  • HELLO becomes URYYB.

Assumptions and limitations

  • ROT13 is a simple substitution convention, not encryption for protecting information.
